Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All return items must be in original resaleable condition.

To initiate a return, please follow the following steps:

1. Send an email to with the subject line formatted as "Refund request - [order number #]" 

2. In your email, be sure to include the reason for the return 

3. If your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item(s) for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

4. When a return is authorized, you will have 5 days to provide us with your return package's tracking number

**Refunds will exclude original shipping fees, and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
